Timing drive components need exact tooth form and runout control, and B015604 is the OEM camshaft dual gear used on Caponord 1200 variants (including Rally and Carabinieri, 2013–2017 listings). It’s a paired gear component on the cam drive side intended to maintain correct timing transfer and backlash in the designed range.
Replace it if you find chipped teeth, abnormal wear patterns, or timing noise traced to gear mesh rather than chain/tensioner issues. During install, follow the factory timing and torque sequence, and verify cam end-float and alignment before closing covers.
