For 18 mm shaft grooves, AP8501471 is the OEM external circlip specified across several Aprilia 50cc platforms, including RS and RX-based models. It provides axial retention where correct spring tension is required.
Circlip condition is critical despite its size. Always confirm full seating in an undamaged groove, as partial engagement or loss of tension can lead to bearing or gear displacement.
