Cutting ignition cleanly from the handlebar relies on a simple but failure-prone switch, and AP8224130 is the OEM engine stop switch specified for Mojito Retrò 50 2T, Rally 50 Air, and SR 50 H2O variants including Ditech models (1995–2004 coverage). It’s the bar-mounted kill switch used to interrupt ignition power when actuated.
Replace it if the engine cuts intermittently over bumps or the switch feels loose or inconsistent internally. Check connector condition and strain relief during install, since broken conductors near the housing often mimic switch failure.
