Where fasteners need maintained preload under vibration, AP8150207 is the curved spring washer listed for ETX 125 rear wheel assemblies and also appears on later Moto Guzzi applications. Its spring profile applies elastic tension to resist loosening in joints that see cyclical load.
Washer orientation and surface condition matter: install against clean, flat faces so it can flex rather than bite into uneven corrosion. If you see polishing or flattening, replace it instead of reusing, as spring rate drops once it’s permanently deformed.
