Fuel and air leaks in the DITECH system rarely look dramatic, but they show up as unstable running and hard starts, and AP5RAR000108 is the lower O-ring that seals the injector/air-injector interface in the SR 50 H2O Ditech unit. It’s an OEM-spec elastomer seal intended to maintain the correct sealing diameter under pressure and temperature cycling.
Install with clean grooves and lightly lubricated surfaces to avoid cutting the seal on assembly. If the injector has been removed, treated with aggressive solvents, or shows evidence of seepage, replacing the lower seal is standard practice rather than reusing a flattened ring.
