Hose sealing in cooling and fuel/breather circuits comes down to consistent band pressure, and hose clamp AP0853845 is the specified clamp used on RS 125 and RX-SX 125 applications. The clamp size and corrosion resistance are matched to the original hose OD and service environment.
Swap it when the band is distorted, the screw mechanism binds, or a hose joint has been disturbed during service. Positioning matters: clamp over the correct spigot land to avoid cutting the hose or creating a weep at the edge.
