The Ring is a genuine spare part manufactured by Piaggio so you have peace of mind the Ring part being sold by Motorcycle Spare Parts is both original and new.
The retaining ring RB000619 is installed in the ETX 150 rear shock absorber assembly, securing a component on a grooved shaft. It maintains axial positioning under suspension movement and vibration.
Any loss of spring tension or deformation can compromise retention, so replacing the ring during shock service ensures correct seating and prevents unwanted axial play.
