On the Caponord 1200, screen shape and hole spacing control both fit and wind management, and B044818 is the OEM windscreen listed for Caponord 1200 EU (2013–2016) and Caponord 1200 Rally windscreen diagrams (2016). It’s a direct-fit screen intended to match the original mounting points and edge profile.
When installing, check the condition of well nuts, grommets, and spacers, since worn rubber hardware is the usual cause of cracking and buzzing. Tighten fasteners progressively and avoid over-torque on screen mounts to prevent stress fractures around the holes.
