Electrical mounts on enduro/supermoto platforms often use rubber isolation to keep components alive, and AP9100725 is the OEM rubber spacer listed for RXV/SXV 450–550 variants (2006–2011) in Electrical System II diagrams. It’s intended to damp vibration and maintain correct standoff where a component or bracket mounts.
Replace rubber that has hardened, split, or compressed permanently, since it stops isolating and can let fasteners loosen. Don’t overtighten through-rubber joints; clamp to the specified stack so the rubber isn’t crushed and torn.
