Controlling clamp load and preventing surface galling often comes down to the correct washer spec, and AP9100685 is the OEM washer sized 18 x 10.5 x 1.5 used on RXV/SXV 450–550 model families (2006–2011), including engine-related diagrams. The OD/ID/thickness are chosen to seat properly on the intended joint surface.
