In the SXV and RXV platform parts lists, AP9100080 is a flat plate used as a mounting or reinforcing element in assemblies including the fuel tank group (model coverage shown 2006–2011 across RXV/SXV variants). Hole pattern and thickness are what matter here, since the plate’s job is usually load distribution or spacing between parts.
Replace it when it’s bent, corroded, or has elongated holes that allow movement under vibration. A plate that sits perfectly flat typically prevents secondary issues like fastener loosening or tank support stress.
