The Flywheel Side Cover is a genuine spare part manufactured by Piaggio so you have peace of mind the Flywheel Side Cover part being sold by Motorcycle Spare Parts is both original and new.
Engine side covers need accurate sealing faces and consistent bolt-hole alignment, and AP8520011 is the flywheel side cover specified for Pegaso Strada/Trail 650 IE and Mulhacen 659 variants (2005–2009 coverage shown). It’s machined and cast to the OEM profile so it mates correctly to the crankcase and maintains the intended internal clearances.
If you’re replacing a cover after impact damage or stripped threads, check the gasket surface and dowel locations during assembly to prevent distortion and weeping. This reference replaces earlier cover numbers such as 862110, so it’s the current OEM part for those model years.
