The Caliper Fixing Plate is a genuine spare part manufactured by Piaggio so you have peace of mind the Caliper Fixing Plate part being sold by Motorcycle Spare Parts is both original and new.
Bracket accuracy is brake feel, and AP8234137 is the OEM caliper fixing plate used on RS 50 and RS 50 Tuono applications. This plate controls caliper position relative to the disc, so correct machining and thickness prevent pad drag, uneven wear, and misalignment under load.
MSP lists fitment for RS 50 / RS 50 Tuono (1999–2005). When replacing, verify disc thickness within spec and inspect the caliper slider pins or mount bolts, since a fresh plate won’t correct issues caused by worn sliders or distorted hardware.
