This fork internal seating component, AP8203521, is catalogued as “Cup D20” and used in front fork assemblies on Amico 50 and Mojito variants (1992–2008 coverage). It functions as a locating seat/spacer within the fork stack, helping maintain correct positioning of bush/spring elements according to the OEM fork layout.
If a fork has been apart multiple times, these small cups are often damaged by tools or corrosion and can throw off stack height or seating. Replace during rebuilds when you’re chasing correct preload feel or eliminating play caused by worn stack components.
