For lever and hand protection on the Scarabeo, AP8178658 is the left-hand handguard listed for Scarabeo 125–250 E2 with the Piaggio engine (2004–2006). It’s a side-specific molded guard that mounts to the handlebar/front body interface, with finish options tied to the scooter’s color scheme.
Clearance around the lever arc and mirror/controls is the practical check after installation. Make sure the guard doesn’t preload against the bar end or housing, as small misalignment here can transmit vibration and eventually crack the mounting points.
