Front suspension service on the RSV 1000 / RSV 1000 Tuono and Moto Guzzi Griso 1200 fork families uses AP8163495 as the OEM fork spring in the fork parts diagrams (2004–2017 coverage across listed models). It’s manufactured to the correct free length and rate to match the stock fork internals and achieve the intended ride height range.
Spring replacement should be paired with correct oil height and bushing/seal condition checks, since damping behavior will be dominated by fluid condition and internal wear. Maintain left/right consistency, and measure sag after install to confirm the spring is operating in the expected preload range.
