Serving as a wear interface in rotating or pivoting assemblies, the AP8163424 bush ring is fitted to several Aprilia Atlantic and Scarabeo models. Its function is to maintain alignment while reducing friction between mating components in suspension or linkage points.
The bushing material and internal diameter are specified to OEM tolerances to avoid play under load while allowing smooth movement. Replacement is typically required during suspension refreshes or when handling degradation is traced to worn pivot hardware.
