Sealing failures often present as slow leaks or pressure loss, and AP8163301 is an O-ring specified across a wide range of Aprilia/Piaggio scooters (cataloged across 1999–2012). It’s used wherever a controlled squeeze seal is required between mating faces in fluid or air circuits.
Material and sizing are what matter most: the correct cross-section prevents extrusion, while the right ID avoids stretch that thins the seal. Install with clean, nick-free grooves and compatible assembly lube to prevent twisting or cutting during final torque.
