Motorcycle Spare Parts only sell genuine spare parts made by each manufacturer. The Screw part has been manufactured by Piaggio and is brand new and dispatched in its original packaging.
Rotor mounting hardware is safety-critical, and AP8150139 is the OEM screw specified for the RX-SX 125 front brake disc fitment (2008–2010 listing). It is sized for the hub and rotor interface to maintain clamp load and consistent rotor runout when torqued to spec.
Brake disc screws should be installed on clean, oil-free threads and tightened in a cross pattern to seat the rotor evenly. If any screw holes show galling or thread damage, address the hub threads before reassembly to prevent uneven clamping.
