Routing around the frame and engine is why molded coolant tubes exist, and AP8144665 is the OEM water cooler-to-cylinder head tube specified for Scarabeo 125–250 E2 (Piaggio engine) applications. It’s formed to maintain clearance from hot surfaces and moving parts while keeping a smooth internal path for coolant flow.
Replace if the tube shows hardening, surface cracking at bends, or clamp imprinting that won’t reseal. Using the correct molded shape reduces the chance of kinks and uneven clamp loading that can cause slow leaks.
