Emissions and air-injection support hardware is often a small bracket with outsized consequences for fit, and AP8134903 is the AIS support plate listed for Leonardo 250–300 (Minarelli engine) covering 2002–2004. It’s a mounting plate that stabilizes the air-injection system components so hoses and valves don’t vibrate against the engine or bodywork.
Bracket fatigue typically shows up as broken mounts, rattles, or hoses chafing where they shouldn’t. When installing, check the rubber isolators or grommets used in the mount points, since hard or missing isolators transmit vibration directly into the bracket.
