The Outside Spacer is a genuine spare part manufactured by Piaggio so you have peace of mind the Outside Spacer part being sold by Motorcycle Spare Parts is both original and new.
Spacing in the wheel stack is what keeps the hub centered, and AP8125928 is the outside spacer listed for Pegaso Strada-Trail 650 IE (2005–2009). It sets the lateral position of the wheel relative to the fork or swingarm faces and prevents the bearings from being side-loaded when the axle is torqued.
If the spacer is worn, you’ll often see polished grooves, fretting, or an uneven witness pattern where it contacts the seal or bearing inner race. During install, confirm the seal lips and bearing inner races are clean so the spacer runs true and doesn’t drag.
