Small bracket, big consequence: AP8121892 is the OEM front brake fluid reservoir support (“Oil Brake Tank Supp.”) used across RS 125 variants listed 1990–2005, replacing AP8113400. Its job is to hold the reservoir at the correct angle and position for hose routing and service access.
A bent or cracked support shows up as reservoir vibration, hose kinking, or inconsistent fluid level reading at the sight line. During installation, check the mounting threads and any rubber isolators so the reservoir is supported without hard-mounting that can fatigue the plastic.
