When you want all locks keyed alike again, AP8104824 is the complete lock kit specified for Scarabeo 125–250 E2 (Piaggio engine) in the 2004–2006 range. These kits normally cover the ignition and the matching mechanical locks used on the chassis so key fit and tumbler action return to stock spec.
Swap-in is cleanest when you replace the full set rather than mixing old and new cylinders, which avoids having multiple keys and inconsistent wear patterns. Check cable and switch alignment at the ignition during install to prevent binding.
