Ignition reliability on Rotax-powered Aprilia scooters depends heavily on the integrity of the high-voltage connection, and the AP0265242 spark plug cap is specified to maintain that interface under heat and vibration. It provides a secure fit to the plug terminal while maintaining proper insulation resistance for consistent spark delivery.
This cap is used on Leonardo 125–150 and Scarabeo 125–200 models produced between 1996 and 2004. Fitment is specific to the ignition lead and plug type shown in the OEM wiring and ignition diagrams.
