Covering the tank area on the Mana platform, 890268 is the OEM fuel tank cover used on NA 850 Mana and Mana GT models listed 2007–2015. It’s a body panel piece designed to align with the surrounding trim and mounting points without forcing or “walking” out of position.
If you’re replacing it after a drop, inspect the underlying brackets and rubber well nuts, since misaligned supports will telegraph into uneven gaps and stress cracks. A clean install comes from correcting the mount stack first, not from overtightening the panel to pull it into place.
