Fork and chassis assemblies on larger Aprilia platforms use complete plug units such as the 2R000010 plug assembly, supplied pre-assembled for accurate fit and sealing. Thread form and length are model-specific.
This assembly is used on Caponord 1200 variants from 2013 to 2016, including Rally and Sachs fork configurations. Installation should follow fork service procedures to avoid seal damage.
