Finishing trims do more than cosmetics when they close panel gaps, and 2H000123000XRC is the red closure trim used on Caponord 1200 side fairing applications listed from 2013 to 2016. It’s molded to cover a specific junction so edges are protected and water and debris ingress is reduced.
Fit depends on correct engagement of the retaining features and the surrounding panel alignment. If the fairing has taken a knock, correct the panel geometry first or the trim will sit under tension and pop loose later.
