For factory hard luggage on Caponord 1200, 2D000025 is the locking cylinder kit supplied with keys for the listed 2013–2016 applications including Rally and regional variants. It replaces worn or damaged bag cylinders so the cases lock positively and the latch mechanism isn’t forced.
Cylinder replacement is straightforward once the suitcase trim is opened, but alignment is important so the cam rotates freely and returns to the locked position. Check latch operation with the lid open before final reassembly.
