Serving the left fork leg, the piston rod 2B004592 forms part of the hydraulic damping system in Kayaba front forks. It replaces earlier component 2B003879 and is manufactured to updated specifications.
Used on Dorsoduro 900 E4 models, it is typically replaced alongside the right-side rod during full suspension rebuilds to maintain balanced damping behavior.
