At the core of the left front fork, this piston rod with part number 2B003405 controls damping oil flow during compression and rebound. It is an internal suspension component used on Tuono V4 1100 Factory and RF models.
The rod is precision-ground to ensure seal compatibility and smooth travel. Any scoring or bending directly compromises damping performance and seal life, making replacement essential during fork rebuilds.
