The Washer is a genuine spare part manufactured by Piaggio so you have peace of mind the Washer part being sold by Motorcycle Spare Parts is both original and new.
Serving as either a spacing washer or speed restrictor, part number 246976 is used in variator assemblies on many 50cc Piaggio engines. In restricted setups, it limits pulley travel to comply with local regulations.
The washer is machined to precise thickness and inner diameter to maintain correct variator alignment. It can also function as a standard shim in unrestricted transmission configurations.
