A precisely-machined spacer (part number 1C004051) restores correct spacing and alignment in the variator or drive-train section of the Aprilia SR 50 R LC Euro4. It’s an OEM component that ensures the pulley cover and variator assembly maintain their factory geometry.
This spacer prevents misalignment or premature wear caused by missing or incorrect thickness components. Riders and mechanics replacing the variator cover should use the genuine 1C004051 to preserve the correct fit and functional behaviour of the transmission.
