Used in 2-stroke throttle and oil pump control systems, part number 1C003540 is a Bowden cable mixer transmission assembly that manages synchronized cable movement between throttle input and downstream components. It is fitted on Piaggio Group scooters such as the Aprilia SR Motard 50 2T and Piaggio Typhoon 50 2T Euro 4, where accurate cable geometry is critical for consistent response.
The assembly is built to OEM length and routing specifications to maintain correct cable tension and splitter alignment. It is intended as a direct replacement for worn or binding mixer units that can cause uneven throttle action or delayed oil pump response on carbureted 2-stroke engines.
