Spacing errors show up fast in suspension assemblies, and spacer 00H06802481 is the OEM positioning spacer used on several 2005–2018 models, including RX 125 E4 and SX 125 E4 “Big Fork” assemblies and swingarm/shock absorber groupings on Derbi platforms. It sets the lateral relationship between components so pivots clamp correctly without binding.
This is a tolerance part: correct length and face squareness are what prevent side-load on bearings and bushings. If you see uneven wear on a pivot bolt or the suspension feels tight after torquing, verify the spacer stack against the diagram before blaming the bearing.
