Used throughout Piaggio and Vespa four-stroke 50 cc platforms, the 004021 washer appears in valve-control housings, cam supports and light chassis brackets. Its dimensions suit M6 fasteners found in LX, Primavera, Sprint and Scarabeo engine assemblies.
During top-end or camshaft work, replacing aged washers helps keep clamp force consistent across aluminium components. A flat, unworn Piaggio Washer reduces the risk of uneven loading on the rocker-support area, which is especially important on small engines with frequent service intervals.
