Model Description
Another oddly styled, classic big Guzzi V-twin from the mid-1990s. Where the Daytona was the Italian firm’s late 20th century sports offering, the V10 Centauro, based on the same air-cooled, transversely mounted V-twin, was its roadster offering. The Centauro had all-new styling, produced 95bhp from its uprated powertrain and had high spec Brembo brakes and new inverted forks, but the result, in all honesty, wasn’t even close to rivals of the day such as Ducati’s Monster. The Centauro was bizarre-looking, heavy, and crude, with uninspiring handling and underwhelming performance, even if it did have some charm.
