Model Description
The second addition to the expanding Duke family was the KTM 200 Duke, a 199cc version, which is essentially an enlarged version of the 125 and shares many of that machine’s components. As such it produces a useful 26bhp which, as it only weighs 131kg dry, makes it a fun and involving performer, at least at slower or city speeds. On bigger roads, however, it can become breathless and leave the rider feeling exposed. A higher spec ‘R’ version was added in 2014 and a similar, 248cc 250 Duke variant in some markets in 2015.
