Orders are shipped fast and fully tracked from our offices in the Netherlands. We don’t add a single cent to the cost of shipping - the price you pay is what the couriers take from us.

**Important Note: When ordering large parts, for example 'Fenders', 'Cowlings', 'Frames', 'Exhausts', 'Luggage', 'Forks' and 'Wheels', an additional charge on top of the current shipping costs may apply. This is due to their size and weight. If you want to know if this may apply to your order, please contact our customer service team**

MSP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES IN THE COUNTRY OF DESTINATION. ALL PARCELS ARE SENT UNDER ‘DDU INCOTERMS(2000)’.

To ensure your order arrives in good condition and in the shortest time possible we have chosen the following trusted, reliable couriers as our main delivery partners.

EXPRESS SHIPMENT: We are able to offer you Express delivery as a service, this is not offered at checkout due to the fact we require the final dimensions of the package to be shipped when your order is complete. If you wish to make use of the Express service please send us an e-mail after you have placed your order so we can provide you with a quote for the express shipment.

Please note: large items such as body panels, windshields and other large, bulky items are subject to a large dimension rate.

NOTE: MSP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INVOICE THE CUSTOMER FOR THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS IF IT BECOMES APPARENT A SHIPMENT EXCEEDS THE MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE PACKAGE SIZE OF 300 CM (1X LONGEST SIDE + 2X MEDIUM SIDE LENGTH + 2 X SHORTEST SIDE LENGTH) AFTER ORDER PLACEMENT. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE VIA PAYMENT METHODS DEEMED ACCEPTABLE BY MSP. THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE THE INVOICE AND PAYMENT REQUEST VIA EMAIL.
