Model Description
Never the most exciting of motorcycles, the 600 ‘Diversion’, as it was also called, set out instead to be a great value and durable, novice-friendly all-rounder – it was a hugely successful and popular one, too. The 61bhp air-cooled, four-cylinder engine was willing and easy, the handling predictable and unthreatening and comfort thanks to the half fairing (a naked version was also available) and easy ergonomics good, enough for it to stay in production for 12 years. Although standards have moved on since, all of that remains true today making it a cheap and useful used buy.
