For the 2018 SX 125 E4 (EMEA), CM275602 is the OEM throttle body module (“Klappenkörper”) listed in the throttle body assembly. It’s a complete intake air control component, so connector fitment and flange alignment are as important as the mechanical bolt-up.
Replacement is easiest when you also address intake boot condition and clamp integrity, because small air leaks show up immediately as unstable idle and off-throttle hesitation. After install, run the correct adaptation/learning procedure for the ECU if required by the model’s injection system.
