To ensure that we keep shipping costs to a minimum all orders placed at MSP will only be shipped when complete. If an item is not in stock at the time of order it will be placed into backorder; you will be able to check the expected delivery time in My MSP.
In the rare cases where we are unable to fulfil part of your order we will give you the option to cancel the order entirely or to receive the goods that we were able to source. We will communicate any changes to your order status via email. Any cancellation charges due from sales where items are placed on backorder, will be deducted from any refund amount due to the customer.
We will always do our very best to ensure your orders are despatched in the shortest time possible but as we source and buy parts all over the world sometimes the unexpected can happen.
